| 3 Star, Tourist Class Historical Hotel
This Special category hotel is located in the old part of the city, very close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. Ideal location for tourist looking for the old & traditional Istanbul.
The rooms have a fairly good size and they are clean and in good condition. The decoration is basic but some of the rooms have fantastic views. Being an Special category hotel, the building has been adapted to be a hotel, therefore the bathrooms are small, mostly with only showers but again in good condition and clean.
This hotel has its own restaurant where to enjoy turkish specialities as well as international dishes. There is also a patio where to have breakfast.
The exterior looks like a normal historical Turkish house with its wooden front. The lobby is small according to the size of the hotel, with only 26 rooms.
This is a good hotel for location & price. To be mentioned is, that due its size, the service is friendly and the traveller will feel like in his own house. |
