| 3 Star, First Class Historical Hotel
The hotel is located in the heart of the old city in Sultanahmet this historical hotel is only 500 meters from Sultanahmet mosque, Saint Sophia, Topkapi Palace and a short walk to the Grand Bazaar.
Rooms are medium in size, traditional in keeping with the Ottaman style living and decor. All rooms feature private bathrooms, cable tv, minibar, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, and airconditioning.
There is 1 restaurant which is located on the 2nd floor, that serves local Turkish cuisine 7 days a week. The restaurant has some very nice views of the Bosphorus. There is also an informal cafe/ snack bar up on the terrace of the 4th floor which offers basic snack food, also offering great views of the bosphorus.
The exterior is a 3 storey low rise historical yellow brick building. In fact it is one of the oldest buildings in the Old city. The medium lobby set with a very traditional Turkish/ Ottoman style decor.
Hotel has excellent location to Sultanahmet area with easy acces to the metro, aya sofia, topkapi palace, grand bazzar and the blue mosqu.The hotel offers a fantastic opportunity for those seeking the real traditional ottaman style accommodation in their holiday. |
