This Special category hotel is located in Sultanahmet at the crossroads of all the major tourist, business and entertainment districts of Istanbul, within two minutes walk of the Blue Mosque and five minutes of Santa Sophia and Topkapi Palace. A short fifteen minute drive from Ataturk International Airport and a fifteen minute walk from the bustling Covered Bazaar.
The rooms are simple decorated but nice and extremely clean. All rooms are equipped with mini-bar, satellite T.V, direct dial telephone & ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms, being a little bit small, are again extremely clean; some of them has bathtub and other shower only.
The hotel has its own restaurant. There is the Roof terraced restaurant with great views of the city. The restaurant offers a good selection between international and local dishes.
From outside, the building is extremely nice; all in wooden style as the Ottoman houses used to be. Being an S class category hotel and with its small size, the lobby area is not big.
For the combination of price, service & location, we consider this hotel one of the best options for the budget traveller in Istanbul. |
